Social Networks

First of all, nowadays, social networks like Facebook, Tweeter or MySpace are used by millions of people. There are many ways to use them.

On the one hand, it could be great for teenagers who want to stay in touch with friends and family who moved and live far away.

 Moreover, old single or divorced persons could refind old loves or even found love. Social networks can be very useful for students who sometimes need internet to do their homework or inquire.

However on the other hand, there are millions of people around the world who are addicted to social networks. They forget their responsabilities, don't have a job and loose contact with everybody.
There are also criminals, pedophiles and dangerous people who pretend to be someone they're not.
Because of internet, it hapened that people killed themselves or be murdered.



All these drama became famous and internet a polemic. Lots of politicians talk about it to advise teenagers. Indeed, Barack Obama talked about the dangers of posting compromising informations and pictures on Facebook. It's particulary disturbing when someone is looking for a job, the director is able not to hire him because of these compromising stuffs.

To conclude, in my opinion, we can use social networks but we have to be careful and don't use it too much. We should keep a clean account and not exhibit our privacy to unknown.
